  • Do you offer refunds?
    Our interior design refund policy is structured to ensure clarity and transparency for our clients. Once payment is made and the necessary paperwork is signed, all custom-designed orders are final, and we are unable to process cancellations or refunds. This policy reflects the personalized nature of our services and the significant resources dedicated to each project. We encourage clients to thoroughly review their designs and ask any questions prior to finalizing their order to ensure complete satisfaction with their choices. Thank you for your understanding and support.
  • My fabric has a warranty that I need to make a claim on. How do I do that?
    All fabric warranties are handled by the fabric vendor. Boca Bargoons Fabrics does not offer warranty assistance or refunds on fabric or labor due to warranty claims.
  • Can I have a refund on labor?
    Boca Bargoons Fabrics is unable to offer refunds on labor for any reason.
  • Who do I contact if I have a question about my design?
    Before you have signed your proposal, you will discuss details with your designer. After your proposal has been signed, you will work exclusively with your designated Designer Liaison.
  • Who do I contact with a praise, review, or complaint?

  • What is included in a complimentary design consultation?
    Presentation of a selection of swatches Hands-on experience with materials to touch and feel Tips on transforming furniture and windows with different fabrics Discussion of your ideal style: calming retreat or lively gathering space Great ideas and a clear sense of direction for your project Overview of costs and next steps All furniture and fabric are exclusively sourced from Boca Bargoons.   • I thought my items would be ready by a certain time. What is the hold up?
    We would like to kindly remind all customers that the timeframe communicated to you by your designer at signing begins the moment your furniture arrives at the workroom, NOT when you sign your proposal or pay your invoice.
  • Who do I contact during the design process with questions?
    Through your initial meeting, consultation, design process, and up to the signing proposal, you will work exclusively with our designer. Upon placing an order, your project will be taken over by one of our friendly project liaisons, who will assist you in any steps moving forward. Once your project is in process, your designer will not have any information regarding the updates, time frame, etc. After completion, your designer will touch base with you to ensure your satisfaction of your project.
  • Can I make a change order request after I have signed my proposal?
    Yes, you may make a change order request after signing your proposal, but only before production begins. Please note that each change order request has a base fee of $50 as well as any additional cost incurred to accommodate the request.
  • How do I make a Change Order Request?
    To make a Change Order Request, contact your Customer Liaison to be put in touch with your Designer immediately.
  • When will I be able to pick up my completed items?
    You will be notified by text and email when your items are ready for pickup. After you have been notified, you can schedule a time to pick up your items when it is most convenient for you. Please use our scheduling tool found here:
  • Where will I pick up my items?
    Your completed items will be picked up at the store location where you placed your initial order.
  • Can I have my items delivered to my home?
    Boca Bargoons Fabrics does not deliver items to customers.
